There are several notifications the user can receive. The first one is a notification from the admin. The user can receive a notification about new updates or offers that are added, or that his trial is about to be over depending on different circumstances. This message can be viewed only without any interaction other than opening the message. Clicking on the notification will open it in a popup to view the full message.

The second one is also from the admin, but this message notifies the user of any update that was done on his ticket or any added comments from the admin. This notification can also be viewed only.

The third notification is from the system. This message is received when the user makes any type of search in the search page. The main purpose of this notification is to notify the user that his search is finished and the results are ready. Clicking on this notification will open a popup of the search result that was received.

The last notification is also from the system. This notification is received when the user receives empty results when the search he executed fails. The purpose of this notification is to tell the user that he received his credit back because of the empty search results.
